Description

To protect the features from misuse they are protected with an IP limitation.  

For the faucet and PTC, this means that if one claim/click was made with an IP no one else will be able to claim/click until the timer has reset for everyone with the same IP  

For POLL only one user per IP will be able to make the available poll. For all other users with the same IP the poll is not available anymore
