DESCRIPTION

To withdraw your balances open the dropdown menu and select withdrawals or go to your user dashboard and select withdrawals.  You will then be redirected to the withdrawals menu 

On the withdrawal page: 

1.  select your payment method: faucetpay or direct withdrawal 

2.  select the currency you want to send 

3. enter the amount you want to withdraw

4. click on withdraw

5. Enter your password to confirm your withdrawal

6. After the confirmation you will receive a mail with  a code, copy this code

7. Enter it on the withdrawal page to finish the withdrawal request

Withdrawal via faucetpay 

In case the payment shall be processed via faucetpay the payment address is already selected as there is only one.  This address must be the same one that you have added to faucetpay.  To add/edit faucet pay addresses use the  faucetpay menu

Direct withdrawal

In case it's a direct withdrawal you can select one of the wallets that you have added via the wallet manager or add a new wallet address directly.  It's your responsibility that you always provide the correct wallets. Wrong transactions cannot be recovered.  For direct withdrawals now a small fee will be applied but therefore the min withdrawal amounts will be reduced
